Just like the prestigious sweet from which this fitting takes its name, being the symbol of Neapolitan cuisine that is left to rise in an elongated conical mould, the Babà takes its form by being blown by the master glassmaker in a series of cages that are perfect for creating the full volumes of the glass.
The metal flower, at the lower tip of the cage, is the perfect filling.
