MADAME is an elegant collection of wall lamps whose most visible feature is its metallic shade of clean lines.
We love MADAME because it is fine, elegant, discreet and does not dazzle. The light is projected up sifted through its sandblasted glass, and down through the opening of the shade. Its light is bright, because the interior of the shade, silver or gold, provides a very aesthetic and relaxing light effect. MADAME is an ideal luminaire for headboard, for hallway lighting in homes, hotels and installations, and generally for any point where an indirect point of light on the wall is required.
The MADAME collection consists of one single model 25cm wide at its bottom. The shade is made of textured painted iron with a semicircular sandblasted glass on the top, and is available in two finishes: white outside/silver inside and black outside/gold inside. It includes switch and a G9 lampholder.

About Designer
Oriol Llahona
(Barcelona, 1977)
He studied Industrial Design in Barcelona, Germany and the United Kingdom. He graduated in 1999 and obtained his postgraduate degree in 2004.
After working in various companies and design studios, in 2004 he created his own project called “Llahona Design Studio” in which he developed his cosmopolitan, contemporary and positive vision of design, the search for the essence and emotions in our lives. In 2012 he was called to join Philips, designing original luminaires and assuming their Creative Direction. He is currently working on several projects in Europe, America and Asia that include lighting, furniture and consumer electronics designs. For ALMA LIGHT he has developed luminaires that have already become classics, such as the BATH, BIG BROTHER, CAPITONÉ, MADAME, NOTE, PROFILE, SPIKE and SUIT collections.
Oriol Llahona is a born designer, curious and open-minded, his style is a mix of the search for new materials and technologies with a calm and refined sense of form. His designs cover such diverse areas as lighting, packaging, product design, catering spaces and furniture. Many of his creations have been exhibited at trade fairs in Italy, Germany and Japan and have been selected for various international design publications.
