Athena is a table lamp characterised by rectangles (the base) and ovals (the shade), which complement each other. The shade can be made with highly tactile fabrics: marble effect or white cotton, for a couture touch. The base is in dark-brown stained oak, with polished nickel finish inserts to emphasise a sense of balance. Athena is versatile piece that easily adapts to different contexts.

About Designer
Massimiliano Raggi
Massimiliano Raggi was born in San Marino in 1967 and graduated in architecture at Politecnico di Milano in 1993. After a long working experience abroad in the 90s as a designer and then as the creative director of Habitat International, since 1999 he has been living and working in San Marino as interior and product designer as well as creative director. The love for the detail, the continuous research and his innate curiosity have led him to the realization of interior design projects both for public and private spaces all over the world and to the design of exhibition stands and products for companies such as Sicis, Casa Milano, Contardi Lighting, Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola, Oasis Group, Room.
