This wall lamp in a Contemporary style is best characterized by a fancy mixture of moods. Here you see the influence of the Classic-style lanterns redesigned using modern ideas. Its main feature is the lampshade created as a bud of a wildflower with its typical elongated form andedges. The craftsmen use blown glass inopal finish for a more authentic candle-style design. The round candle cup with the transparent bottom and an additional downlight allow the light to penetrate through it with soft rays. The holder is attached directly to the backplate, both are crafted ofwrought iron, as well as the frame. The bottom-mounted lamp comes in one of 10 finishes, applied manually.
