Shipping Methods
1. Pickup at Brand’s warehouse or our warehouse:
The Client may appoint their own courier to collect the goods directly as soon as the Order is ready.
The Seller will provide all necessary information (address, opening hours, warehouse contact).
1.1. Shipping via our Carrier to countries within the European Union:
All taxes and duties are included in the final price paid by the Client at checkout.
EU private customers: 20% VAT (Germany: 19%)
EU business customers with a valid VAT ID: VAT-exempt
1.2. Shipping via our Carrier to Australia:
All local taxes (GST) and duties are included in the final price paid by the Client at checkout.
In this case, the Seller handles all tax and customs clearance up to delivery.
1.3. Shipping via our Carrier to the USA:
All local taxes and duties are included in the final price paid by the Client at checkout.
In this case, the Seller handles all tax and customs clearance up to delivery.
1.4. Shipping via our Carrier to the UK:
Local tax is not included. Local tax is paid by the customer.
To import into the UK, you need an EORI number, whether you're a professional or a private client.
To get an EORI, you need to be registered in the UK and fill out an online form (about 5 minutes).
The EORI is similar to a VAT number, but it is required for importing because customs requires it.

1.5. Shipping via our Carrier to Switzerland:
Local taxes/duties are not included in the final price.
Local taxes are paid by the customer through the carrier upon receipt of the order.
1.6. Shipping via our Carrier to Norway:
Local taxes/duties are not included in the final price.
Local taxes are paid by the customer through the carrier upon receipt of the order.
1.7. Shipping via our Carrier to United Arab Emirates and Qatar:
Local taxes/duties are not included in the final price.
Local taxes are paid by the customer through the carrier upon receipt of the order.
1.8. Shipping via our Carrier to Kazakhstan:
Local taxes/duties are not included in the final price.
Local taxes are paid by the customer through the carrier upon receipt of the order.
1.9. Shipping via our Carrier to other Countries:
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): any local taxes or duties are not included in the order price.
The Client will be contacted directly by customs or the carrier for payment prior to delivery.
All local customs, tax, or administrative charges are the sole responsibility of the Client, who must also verify their country’s import regulations before ordering.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from local customs procedures or local regulations.
In case of doubt, the Client is encouraged to contact the Seller before placing the order.
The Seller ships worldwide, except for countries subject to customs or logistical restrictions that prevent delivery.
Clients must verify that their shipping address is eligible before placing an order, or may contact the Seller for confirmation in advance.
Shipping for Orders Placed via Direct Correspondence:
For orders placed via the Price Request form or through direct correspondence (email, messages, or other means), shipping costs are determined individually and discussed during the communication process.
Insurance:
All shipments that are sent by Select Interior World are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Upon receipt of the shipment, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Orders are delivered safely and reliably using top-tier shipping companies.
Fragile items are shipped with special packaging for extra protection.
Depending on the type of product, our team will determine the most suitable shipping method to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Standard Shipping – Small Parcels:
Small packages are shipped via FedEx or DHL.
Once the package is picked up by the courier, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.
Most items shipped via FedEx or DHL can be delivered without a signature.
If you require a signature, please leave a note in the comment field when placing your order.
The delivery date is not scheduled in advance. The parcel will be delivered to your doorstep.
Delivery attempts are made 2–3 times on working days only.
Standard Shipping – Large Items:
Large items are shipped via the most suitable carrier.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the curbside in front of your home.
Unlike FedEx or DHL services, tracking links may vary depending on the carrier used.
The shipping company will contact the customer by phone or email to arrange delivery.
Disposal of packaging and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
Special Delivery Service:
A special delivery service with indoor delivery and assembly is available upon request.
Your item will be delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked, assembled, and the packaging removed.
The shipping company will contact you by phone or email to schedule a specific delivery time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can safely return it within the return period specified in the Terms and Conditions pages.
Contact our team and we will guide and assist you step by step.
The return shipping and import duties back to the warehouse (if any) will be borne by the customer.
Once the products reach the warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same state they were initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
