A collection of “jewel” lamps characterised by the combination of rectangular brass tubes and slanted cubes in engraved crystal, with two types of workmanship. The apparently random juxtaposition (hence the name “Mikado”) in fact follow a precise and balanced scheme. The LED sources, inserted in the tubes so as to showcase the preciousness of the crystal, make Mikado a high-performance decorative product that is compatible with home automation systems.

Massimiliano Raggi
Massimiliano Raggi was born in San Marino in 1967 and graduated in architecture at Politecnico di Milano in 1993. After a long working experience abroad in the 90s as a designer and then as the creative director of Habitat International, since 1999 he has been living and working in San Marino as interior and product designer as well as creative director. The love for the detail, the continuous research and his innate curiosity have led him to the realization of interior design projects both for public and private spaces all over the world and to the design of exhibition stands and products for companies such as Sicis, Casa Milano, Contardi Lighting, Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola, Oasis Group, Room.
