Vegas is Eclisse’s elder sister, with similar features but increased dimensions. This is a suspension lamp that uses rings, made of wood with a bronze finish (in two colour shades), achieved through new techniques of painting with metal powders: the effect is satin bronze on metal. Contardi presents a dimmable main light, which is inserted in the rosette and centred on the open rings. The closed rings, in alternation, emit a softer and more delicate light, diffused by a special plastic material with veins, which resembles marble. The two light sources can be controlled separately, and the current is carried by coaxial cables, without any power cable, to guarantee the cleanest formal lines.

Massimiliano Raggi
Massimiliano Raggi was born in San Marino in 1967 and graduated in architecture at Politecnico di Milano in 1993. After a long working experience abroad in the 90s as a designer and then as the creative director of Habitat International, since 1999 he has been living and working in San Marino as interior and product designer as well as creative director. The love for the detail, the continuous research and his innate curiosity have led him to the realization of interior design projects both for public and private spaces all over the world and to the design of exhibition stands and products for companies such as Sicis, Casa Milano, Contardi Lighting, Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola, Oasis Group, Room.
