About Designer
Paul Beckrich is a French sculptor and ceramic artist born in 1955 in Brittany.
After beginning his creative path with photography and enameling, he gradually turned to sculpture, where he found his true means of expression. Since the mid-1980s, Beckrich has devoted himself to figurative sculpture, working primarily with raku-fired ceramics and bronze.
Deeply inspired by his travels in Africa and Asia, his works capture movement, character, and emotion. His figures often appear in folkloric or historical attire, distinguished by flowing drapery, dynamic poses, and a strong sense of lightness and vitality.
Paul Beckrich’s sculptures combine technical mastery with poetic expression, celebrating cultural diversity and the timeless beauty of the human form. His works evoke life, rhythm, and authenticity, reflecting an artistic vision rooted in craftsmanship and emotion.
