Kolekce Baggy (Contardi)

The Baggy collection by Contardi, designed by Paola Navone, introduces a deliberately relaxed and unconventional approach to modern decorative lighting. The visible range includes horizontal and vertical suspension lamps, single table lamps, a trio table version and a floor lamp, allowing the same expressive design language to move naturally between dining areas, lounge spaces, desks, consoles and hospitality interiors. Inspired by the easy volume of oversized trousers, Baggy turns a simple lighting object into a playful sculptural element with a soft, informal personality.

The collection is defined by double-satin polycarbonate diffusers with the irregular appearance of crumpled paper tubes, combined with a distinctive white/grey textile cord that becomes part of the design rather than just a functional detail. Custom Strip LED sources, different sizes and modular compositions make Baggy practical for layered lighting schemes while preserving its spontaneous visual character.
