The arms of the Ca’ Rezzonico chandelier are made of single glass elements called “bossole”, wich are inserted one by one on the metal structure, which is called “gabbia” (cage).
This is the basic structure of the Ca’ Rezzonico Murano chandeliers, then a multitude of decorative elements is added to the structure to enrich it. This decorations are harmoniously distributed on the surfaces, without weighing down the structure.
