The import duty is 5%.

GST is 10%. It is calculated on the total amount, including the customs value of the goods, international freight or delivery costs, insurance and import duty.

GST is 15%. It is calculated on the total amount, including the customs value of the goods, international freight or delivery costs and insurance.

CANADA:

The final order value includes GST, provincial tax (PST/HST), customs clearance and shipping costs.

Import duties on goods originating from EU countries are 0%.

Federal tax (GST) is 5% and is calculated on the cost of the goods, including delivery costs.

Provincial tax (PST/HST) depends on the recipient’s province. For example, it is only 5% in Alberta, 13% (HST) in Ontario and 12% in British Columbia (5% GST + 7% PST).

For customs clearance and delivery of the order in the United Kingdom, the UK customs authorities require the customer’s EORI number, regardless of whether the customer is a business customer or a private customer.

A customer from the United Kingdom can easily apply for an EORI number by completing the online form on the following website: https://www.gov.uk/eori/apply-for-eori.

Completing the application takes approximately five minutes.

Please send us your EORI number as soon as possible after placing your order and before your order is dispatched.

TAIWAN:

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Once the items arrive at their destination, import VAT, customs duties and handling fees are determined by the relevant customs authority. These charges are then invoiced to the recipient by our logistics partner. By submitting your order and making payment and/or providing the required information, you accept the applicable import regulations. Please note that import regulations vary from country to country.

COLLECTION OF THE ORDER FROM THE MANUFACTURER’S WAREHOUSE OR FROM OUR WAREHOUSE:

The option to collect the order using your own carrier can be selected during checkout.

The seller provides all the necessary information, including the warehouse address, opening hours and warehouse contact details.

INSURANCE:

All shipments dispatched by Select Interior World are insured against theft and accidental damage.

The insurance coverage ends once the shipment has been received.

SHIPPING:

Orders are delivered safely and reliably by leading carriers.

Fragile and sensitive items are shipped in special packaging for additional protection.

Depending on the type of product, our team determines the most suitable delivery method to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

STANDARD SHIPPING – SMALL PARCELS:

Small parcels are shipped by FedEx, UPS or DHL Express, and you will receive a tracking link that allows you to track the status of your shipment.

As standard, deliveries by FedEx, UPS or DHL Express are made without requiring the recipient’s signature.

If a signature is required upon receipt of the order, please leave a corresponding note in the order comments field during checkout.

The parcel will be delivered to the entrance door of the building on a business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING – LARGE ITEMS:

Large items are shipped using the most suitable delivery service provider.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made free of charge to the area in front of your house.

Unlike FedEx, UPS and DHL Express, a standard freight carrier does not provide a tracking link and contacts the customer by telephone or email to arrange delivery.

The customer is responsible for disposing of packaging materials and pallets.

SPECIAL SHIPPING:

A special delivery service, including delivery to a room and assembly, is available upon request.

Your item will be delivered to the room selected by you, unpacked and assembled, and the packaging materials will be removed.

The transport company will contact you by telephone or email to arrange delivery.

* Please also note that customs duties, import VAT and handling fees charged to the recipient by the customs authority cannot be refunded by Select Interior World, even if the products are returned.
