Kollekció Discus (Contardi)

The Discus collection by Contardi, developed from research by MKV Design Studio, presents a sharp and architectural lighting family with suspension, wall and ceiling versions. The visible range includes Discus so, Discus ap LED and Discus pl, allowing the same graphic design language to be used above tables, on walls, in corridors, lounges, bedrooms and refined hospitality interiors. Its character is built around two interlocking metal discs in white or black, framing a white opal diffuser with a semi-polished brass band that adds a discreet luxury accent.

Discus is designed for interiors where light should feel clean, controlled and visually precise rather than decorative in a traditional way. The LED module, warm 2700K colour temperature, CRI >90 and dimming options make the collection suitable for both atmosphere and functional illumination, while the wall version adds a 120° rotating arm for more flexible light direction. With its circular geometry, brass detail and modern Italian finish, the Contardi Discus collection offers a refined balance between minimal form, architectural clarity and soft uniform light.
