Her company, Cath Kidston Limited, specializes in selling home furnishings and other related products through mail order and shops. Growing up in Hampshire with three siblings, Kidston attended several boarding schools before making her way to London. Before venturing into business, she worked for socialite Nicky Haslam. It was during this time that she met her friend and partner, Hugh Padgham, while decorating his house.
