Collection Overview

The Fluo collection by A-emotionallight / Arturo Alvarez is represented on the page by pendant lamps such as Fluo FL04-16, Fluo FL04-4 and Fluo FL04. Designed by Arturo Alvarez, the collection explores suspended lighting through large, airy volumes that work especially well above dining tables, in stairwells, lounges, hotels and spacious contemporary interiors.

The design is created from galvanized painted steel mesh veils gathered around a single light point, producing the illusion of a light, semi-transparent fabric. Fluo reveals and hides the light at the same time, creating a soft decorative presence with movement, depth and an elegant balance between architectural scale and visual lightness.
