The HOTEL collection is designed to create discreet points of light in a room, whether in a hotel establishment or in a home.
What we like most about HOTEL is its finesse, its seriousness and the fact that it lets in the right and necessary light required in a place intended for relaxation and rest, such as a bedroom. It is as if the HOTEL wanted to illuminate but without daring. As if it preferred to offer its light through a 'thick veil', creating an atmosphere of calm. It is ideal, therefore, to solve the indirect lighting of a room in a home or hotel accommodation.
The HOTEL collection is made up of a table lamp, a floor lamp and a headboard sconce with a reading arm that includes its own switch. In all cases the shade is made of black cotton, although for important projects it can be made in another color. In the case of the wall lamp, the structure is made of champagne-finish iron, while the structures of the table and the floor lamps are made of mat nickel iron. As for light sources, the reading arm includes an integrated non-dimmable 3W 4000K LED. All three models have E27 lamp holders (bulb not included).

Estudia Diseño Industrial en la Escuela ELISAVA (Escuela Universitaria de Diseño e Ingeniería) de Barcelona y una vez finaliza su formación decide crear su proyecto empresarial, fundando la sociedad familiar “Hustadt Iluminación”.
Durante los primeros años asume las responsabilidades Jefe de Producto. En 2003, momento en que la compañía crea la marca ALMA LIGHT, se responsabiliza de áreas más amplias como diseño de producto, selección de proveedores de proximidad y control de la fabricación y de sus estándares de máxima calidad, siempre con la vista puesta en la continua evolución del mercado, tanto en términos de diseño como en aspectos puramente tecnológicos y productivos.
Es en el proyecto ALMA LIGHT donde Cristian Cubiñá puede desarrollar sus dotes de diseñador, proyectando los stands de las ferias a las que la empresa acude como expositora, y creando colecciones ya clásicas como la DROP o la LENS. Más adelante firmará otras creaciones, como las familias CANDLE, CAPSULE, DECO, HOTEL, KONE, LED BOX, LED OVAL, LED POLE, THE LIGHT y THE PALM. Sus diseños están impregnados de su carácter curioso y observador y en su afán por fijarse en todo lo que ve a su alrededor, donde cualquier detalle puede ser susceptible de convertirse en una luminaria.
Cristian Cubiñá es uno de los diseñadores más reputados en el campo de la iluminación decorativa contemporánea, sector en el cual está especializado. Sus creaciones han sido expuestas en diversas ferias europeas y han sido seleccionadas para diversas publicaciones sobre diseño internacional.
