Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Select Interior World of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal online. When you use the online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, including information about the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any import duties or other import charges that may apply when returning the goods to the warehouse.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal — Special Order:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements.
