Tones of mandarin color and a special bronzed paint are revealed in the finishes of the surrounding furniture, enhancing the delicate carvings in the solid wood. The dining table features an inlaid top made of canaletto walnut, erable, ebony, and maple, with a bronzed varnish edge. The carved base, in canaletto walnut tonality, is further decorated with bronzed varnish and lacquered mandarin accents.
