As the name suggests, this wooden floor is inspired by the aesthetics of cement, as a material of modern and urban expression par excellence. And it does so, starting from the chosen shade: a light grey parquet with slight shades that evokes the rough surface of cement. Its texture brings together typical traces of wood, such as the visible irregular veins, with an extremely smooth and polished surface. A result obtained from the particular processing carried out by Berti: oak parquet that is brushed, painted and stuccoed with specially planed wood.
Cement is a high quality European grey oak floor, treated with accurate and cutting-edge processing techniques. It is made up of 13 mm thick plywood slats, available in various sizes and diamond-cut, so as to guarantee high precision joints and a perfect flatness of the floor. The installation of the parquet can be carried out traditionally or at a 90°, 60° or 45° angle, by gluing on screed or according to floating mode.
