Stant ist eine Serie äußerst vielfältiger Hänge- und Deckenleuchten, die aus geraden und geschwungenen Linien – den Grundlagen der Geometrie – bestehen. Frei inspiriert vom italienischen Partizip „Stante“ des Verbs „stare“ (starren) besteht die Kollektion aus linearen und statischen Formen aus weiß oder schwarz lackiertem Aluminium und erinnert an die Ingenieursbauten des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts. Alle Komponenten sind gut sichtbar und mit Stiften verbunden, in die Elemente wie zylindrische Strahler in zwei Größen oder satinierte Glaskugeln in zwei verschiedenen Durchmessern frei eingesetzt werden können. Durch das Hinzufügen von Elementen ohne zusätzliche Stromkabel kann jeder eine ultraleichte Architektur schaffen und sein eigenes kleines Universum erschaffen.

About Designer
Edmondo Testaguzza
Was born in Backnang, Germany in 1964. Since 1997 gives name to his design studio. Premises to his attitude of projecting are made of regular researches aimed to achieve forms and shapes that should belong to a high aesthetic and suggestive value.
He had many collaborations with Italian and international companies. Historic is the collaboration with Karman, together with who, he develops new creative languages in parallel with new materials. All his designed collections are result of this attention to the research and to its expressive value.
