Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Select Interior World by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal online. If you use the online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email containing information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you within fourteen days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The customer bears the costs of returning the goods as well as any import duties or other import costs that may apply to the return shipment to the warehouse.
