The following quotation process applies to requests submitted through the Request a Quote button or our Contact Form.
- You will receive an individual quotation with confirmed product details, pricing, estimated production time and shipping cost.
- When all required information is available, quotations are normally sent within 24 hours.
- In some cases, manufacturer confirmation may require 2–3 business days.
What to Send
When placing an order through the Contact Form, please provide the following information:
- The product link or article number.
- The required quantity and selected options, such as size, colour, finish, voltage or configuration.
- The delivery country, postal code and full delivery address.
- Company details for business customers.
After Your Order Is Confirmed
We coordinate production, packaging and delivery and provide updates whenever new information becomes available.
Our Customer Service team will be pleased to assist with any questions about your order, delivery or after-sales support.
