For covered outdoor or semi-exposed areas, weather-resistant specifications can be requested. Protective varnishes and suitable glides help preserve finishes; routine care involves gentle cleaning with non-abrasive products and periodic inspection of contact points.

Orders ship directly from the Robers manufactory in Germany with secure, factory-grade packaging, full insurance and tracking. Within the EU, deliveries are customs-free; typical transit to major hubs—Berlin, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Amsterdam and Vienna—takes a few business days after dispatch. Deliveries to the UK, Switzerland and Norway follow standard import procedures handled by our logistics partners.
